Jeff was born in Essex, Maryland, where at an early he age began using drugs. He became drug-free in 1991 and was born-again the same year. Jeff got involved in Countercult Apologetics quite early in his Christian walk. Jeff attended and graduated from Lancaster Bible College, and Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is married, and he and his wife have three children. Jeff enjoys billiards and occasionally watching American Pickers.
Rodney Horst has been an Elder at Knox Reformed PCA since the late 1990’s. He has been married to his wife Joan for 39 years and they have three grown children, two daughters and one son, and three wonderful granddaughters. He was born in Waynesboro, PA but grew up on a dairy farm in West Virginia and has a degree in AgriBusiness Management from West Virginia University. Bryan was born into a military family the fourth of ten children. Bryan married Rebecca in 1975. Thhey have four children (one deceased) and six granddaughters. Bryan is a retired CPA and has attended Knox since 2012. He teaches adult Sunday School. He enjoys hunting, fishing and reading theology and history.
Alex was born in Texas into a military family. He served with the United States Navy as a helicopter pilot, and met and married his wife, Rudelle, while he served in Norfolk, Virginia. They have four sons two of which grew up at Knox Reformed Presbyterian Church and has two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Jim was born in Mississippi and grew up in western Tennessee. He moved to Virginia in 2002 and has been a member of Knox Reformed Presbyterian Church since that time. He has been married to his wife, Sally since 1994. He has also worked for FedEx Express for over 30 years. Jim has been a ruling elder since 2009. He is a lover of history, and is currently seeking to complete his bachelors degree in American History.
